Lim Young Woong donates 400 million KRW for wildfire damage restoration… Delivered under fan club’s name.

Singer Lim Young-woong donated 400 million KRW to aid in the recovery from wildfire damage. According to the Community Chest of Korea on the 31st, the donation consisted of 300 million KRW from Lim Young-woong and an additional 100 million KRW from his agency, Mulgogi Music. The donation was made on the 28th in the name of his fan club, “Hero Age,” and will be used to support disaster relief efforts and recovery operations for those affected.

Lim Young-woong expressed his empathy, stating, “I hope this can be a small source of strength for those who have lost their daily lives and are struggling with the recovery efforts due to the wildfires.”

Including this donation, the accumulated contributions from Lim Young-woong and his agency to the Community Chest of Korea in the name of his fan club “Hero Age” have reached a total of 2.1 billion KRW. Since 2021, Lim has consistently shown interest in various social issues by donating through the Community Chest of Korea, supporting causes such as the large wildfires in Uljin, North Gyeongsang, and Samcheok, Gangwon, emergency relief for heavy rain damage, and winter support for low-income vulnerable groups.

His fan club, “Hero Age,” has also joined the Community Chest of Korea’s ‘Sharing Leaders Club,’ continuing regular donations while also conducting volunteer activities, coal sharing, and support for vulnerable groups across various regions.
