The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) is accepting applications for “Jeonse Lease Support Housing” targeting newborn and multi-child families.’,
LH announced on the 11th that it is conducting applications for 2,800 units of Jeonse Lease Support Housing. This system, implemented for the first time this year following the 8·8 supply measure from last year, involves LH pre-leasing villas and multi-family houses and then re-leasing them to applicants. Households without a home, who have newborns or multiple children, can apply regardless of their income or assets, based on the announcement date. Tenants only need to pay 20% of the Jeonse deposit within the support limit and a monthly rent on the support amount at an interest rate of 1-2% per year. The maximum residence period is eight years.’,
LH will begin accepting applications until the 16th, after which it will go through qualification verification processes to select the winners. Move-in is possible after July 21.’,
