Kwon Won-kang, Chairman of Kyochon F&B: “In Times of Crisis, the Key to Confrontation is ‘Sincerity'”

Kyochon F&B held a kickoff ceremony at their Pangyo headquarters on the 2nd of January, marking the start of the Eulsa Year. Chairman Kwon Won-gang (center of the front row) and Vice Chairman Song Jong-hwa, along with other executives and staff, took a commemorative photo.

During the ceremony, Chairman Kwon emphasized the need for a “second leap forward through sincerity.” He highlighted ‘sincerity’ as the keyword for the new year and explained the importance of staying true to Kyochon’s core values.

Kwon stated, “Our survival depends on sincerity first and foremost,” adding that the attitude of true-hearted dedication, connecting food and happiness—represented by the concept of Jin(眞)-Jin(盡)-Yeon(連)—is the key to overcoming challenging times.

He also mentioned, “To soar higher as a global brand, action is more important than pondering,” and encouraged everyone to create a joyful and fulfilling year together.
