Korean Air ranks second in the business and first-class category this year.

Korean Air has announced on the 6th that it won awards in three categories at the “2025 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards,” organized by the American daily newspaper USA Today.

Korean Air placed 2nd in the Best Business & First Class category, 3rd in the Best Cabin Crew category, and 3rd in the Best Inflight Food category.

The airline’s current business and first-class services have been praised for both their seat comfort and in-flight service. Korean Air introduced the “Prestige Suites 2.0” last year, which features seats that can recline 180 degrees to transform into a bed and a significantly upgraded in-flight entertainment system. Its amenities kit, developed in collaboration with luxury brands, gourmet course meals for in-flight dining, and a selection of refined beverages are all distinct features that set it apart from other airlines.

Korean Air’s cabin crew received high scores for providing stable and customer-friendly service across all cabin classes. The airline’s comprehensive training program for its cabin crew is seen as a strong factor enabling such high-quality service.

The in-flight meals offered by Korean Air were well-received for utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients and offering both Korean and international cuisines. Particularly, traditional Korean dishes reinterpreted in a modern style provided passengers with a unique experience and received positive reviews. The snack service on long-haul flights was noted for offering a variety of options, including sandwiches.

Korean Air continues to uphold its reputation as a global network carrier, having been selected as a Skytrax 5-star Airline for five consecutive years, named the 2025 Airline of the Year by Australia’s Airline Ratings, and selected as the 2025 Asia Airline of the Year by the Asia Pacific Aviation Center (CAPA).
