Appearing on YTN Radio’s ‘News Fighting’ on the 11th, Representative In stated, “Alexander the Great left a famous saying that one should conquer the world and then win the hearts of the subordinates. While lawmakers aren’t Han Dong-hoon’s subordinates, those hearts should have been won, but he left during that situation,” pointing this out.
When asked by the host if it’s difficult for former representative Han to become a presidential candidate if an early presidential election were held, Representative In responded, “As of now, it seems there are various difficulties.”
Regarding President Yoon’s emergency martial law declaration on December 3 last year, Representative In said, “I understand it emotionally, but I don’t agree with the method.”
He added, “Emotionally, because President Yoon had been so tormented by the opposition, when they paralyzed the government by slashing the entire budget, it seems the president made an extreme choice. People have certainly become aware of it through that,” but added, “however, well… I still feel like crying.”
On the outlook of the Constitutional Court’s impeachment trial results, Representative In remarked, “I think too much pressure on the judiciary is not good,” and “the beauty of the separation of powers should return to each role, but when the Democratic Party of Korea talks about impeaching prosecutors, judges, and what shocked me the most was during the impeachment of the Prime Minister.”

Although I am part of the People Power Party, I respect former President Kim Dae-jung. I wish to see politics like when he invited former Presidents Chun Doo-hwan and Roh Tae-woo to his inauguration.”
