According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning temperatures on this day are expected to be around 10 degrees in inland areas and around 5 degrees in mountainous areas of Gangwon Province. However, by the afternoon, temperatures are forecasted to rise to 25 degrees in most regions nationwide.
Although the morning’s lowest temperature is expected to be around 9 degrees, the highest temperature during the day will reach 30 degrees, with a significant temperature difference between day and night.
Between midnight and 9 a.m., fog with visibility of less than 1 km is expected in inland regions of Chungcheong and southern inland areas, so special attention should be paid to traffic safety.
From the afternoon onwards, there may be sea fog developing in the western sea, so caution should be taken to prevent maritime accidents.
