**Hyundai Motor Launches 2026 ST1 with Enhanced Features and Economic Trim**
On the 16th, Hyundai Motor announced the release of its model year update, the “2026 ST1”, which enhances the product features of their electrification business platform, ST1, and introduces an economic trim.
The ST1, launched last year by Hyundai, comes with a 76.1kWh battery, offering a driving range of 317 km based on cargo and 298 km for refrigerated cargo on a single charge. It features a 350kW ultra-fast charging system, capable of charging from 10% to 80% in 20 minutes.
Hyundai has incorporated customer feedback into the 2026 ST1 smart trim, adding standard features such as a first-row sun visor mirror, passenger assist handle, and passenger floor mats. The existing “Convenience” options have been enhanced with the addition of heated and ventilated seats for the passenger side to improve comfort further.
To reduce the purchasing burden for customers, Hyundai has introduced a new economic trim named ‘Style’ to the 2026 ST1 cargo model.
Despite being priced 1.06 million KRW lower than the existing ST1 smart trim, the Cargo Style trim includes customer-preferred convenience features such as a 12.3-inch cluster, 10.25-inch navigation, electric parking brake (with auto-hold), front/rear parking distance warning, and interior V2L, providing a pleasant travel environment for customers.
ST1 is equipped with an Android Operating System (OS)-based infotainment system, offering the flexibility to create a customized work environment by utilizing various applications.
Hyundai also provides increased work convenience for customers by newly applying the “Sendy” logistics app for vehicles in the 2026 ST1.
Sendy’s driver program, integrated into Hyundai’s ST1, uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to minimize the empty driving ratio and provides optimal transport routes, helping customers enhance both work convenience and profitability.
The pricing for the 2026 ST1 is as follows: Cargo – Style 58,740,000 KRW, Smart 60,400,000 KRW, Premium 64,180,000 KRW; Cargo Refrigerated – Smart 68,750,000 KRW, Premium 72,530,000 KRW; Chassis Cab – Smart 56,550,000 KRW; High Top – Smart 58,000,000 KRW (※Before eco-friendly vehicle purchase subsidy).
