FSS demands Doosan Robotics submit amended financial statements

[Financial News] On the 24th, the Financial Supervisory Service demanded Doosan Robotics to submit a revised registration statement. The FSS stated, “In the review of the securities registration statement (merger) submitted on the 15th of last month, if the format of the registration statement is not properly prepared, if there are false statements or omissions regarding important matters in the registration statement, or if the description or representation of important matters is vague and could hinder rational investment judgment by investors or cause significant misunderstandings to investors, it applies.” Therefore, Doosan Robotics must submit a revised registration statement within 3 months.
