Daegu City, in collaboration with the Eastern Office of Palgongsan National Park, announced on the 17th that they will operate a special Daegu City Tour route allowing visitors to enjoy Palgongsan for just 1,000 won from next month until October.
To highlight the hidden charms of Palgongsan, which was designated as a national park in 2023, the city and Palgongsan National Park have prepared this special route together.
One of the special routes, the ‘Self Tour,’ runs on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month and focuses on significant sites like the Bullo-dong Tomb Park, Donghwasa Temple, and Buinsa Temple, offering visitors a chance to experience the historical and cultural heritage of Palgongsan.
Another route, the ‘Dama Night Tour,’ operates on the 4th Sunday of each month. It connects sites such as the Palgongsan flagship species the marten, the military Amitabha triad stone cave, and Hanbam Village, allowing visitors to experience the terrain and climate of Palgongsan.
Passengers on the special route will receive a small souvenir.
