Chairman Kwak Jae-seon of KG Mobility says “Strengthening marketing in Turkey.”

KG Mobility (KGM) announced on the 14th that Chairman Kwak Jae-seon attended a meeting with overseas dealers to check on sales situations. Chairman Kwak attended a meeting held at the dealer representative office Saribaroglu Group in Istanbul, Turkey on the 13th local time. At the meeting, KGM’s key business plans and strategies for expanding sales in the local market were introduced. He visited dealers selling Torres EVX to directly verify the local sales situation, customer responses to KGM products, and more.

Chairman Kwak stated during the meeting, “The pre-orders for the Actyon, whose design was unveiled last month, have exceeded 55,000 units, setting a record high since the founding of KGM and receiving praise in Korea. There are high expectations for increased sales volume in the Turkish market as well.” He emphasized, “In the future, we will continue to launch various new models, enhance communication and cooperation with dealers, and expand diverse customer engagement marketing to further increase sales volume.”

Since starting in Turkey in March and launching globally including in New Zealand, Torres EVX has exported 6,292 units until last July. In the first half of the year, 2,522 units were sold in the Turkish market alone, accounting for an 11.6% market share in the electric vehicle market.
