[My Daily = Park Seo-yeon Reporter] BTS member Jin hinted about his new solo album.
On the 14th, fashion magazine ‘Harper’s Bazaar Korea’ unveiled the September cover featuring the unique visuals of BTS Jin. It was his first venture as a global ambassador for the Italian luxury brand Gucci, appearing as the representative face of the fashion magazine’s ‘September issue’.
The three covers and pre-released images showed Jin’s different charms in Gucci’s 2024 F/W looks, exuding a confident and bold attitude more than ever before. Especially, blending a dandy and sexy style that hasn’t been attempted before with a concept that focuses on a musical medium imbued with pop, rock, and soul showcased his artist side, capturing attention.
In a subsequent interview, Jin shared his thoughts after the cover shoot, saying, “I had concerns about the shoot having a different mood, but after finishing the shoot, I feel like I had a good synergy with Gucci. The staff and the atmosphere on set were pleasant, making it even more enjoyable.”
Regarding his upcoming activities and solo songs that are garnering much attention, Jin mentioned, “Without giving too much of a spoiler… it would be enjoyable during performances. I can’t definitively say for each song, but if I were to compare it to ‘ice cream’ flavors, there’s a soda flavor, popping candy, and dark chocolate flavor. I hope many people have high expectations.”
He also expressed his happiness, saying, “I’m really happy these days. I’m busy every day working. Just the fact that I’m currently working and busy makes me happy, smiling. I want to continue to bring happiness to ARMY through my work. How great it is if someone becomes happy because of me!”
