“On the 19th local time, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed concerns over the close military movements of North Korea, Russia, and China, pointing out that China is currently in a very uncomfortable position. Blinken stated at the Aspen Security Forum on the same day that ‘Russia found a second solution with North Korea, Iran, and China’ and that ‘they found a way to maintain the defense industry base for the invasion of Ukraine.’ He also noted, ‘Assisting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is very unfavorable in terms of international reputation,’ and diagnosed that ‘from that perspective, China will be very uncomfortable with the situation it is facing.'”
