The video features Yoon Jung-soo, who has been living alone for 35 years, sharing his daily routine.
That day, Yoon Jung-soo mentioned, “I eat and then sleep again” as he opted for a meal delivery for his first meal.
Yoon Jung-soo confessed that although he tried various diets, such as diet injections and liposuction, “The effects were temporary, and the weight came back, causing further weight gain.”
He further revealed his serious health condition, saying, “After liposuction, my belly became too hard, making it difficult to breathe as the hardened stomach pressed against the organs, and it’s not easy to lose the weight.”
He expressed his determination to lose weight by saying, “As I age and gain weight, opportunities to meet potential partners decrease, making me truly feel like an old man. I want to lose weight and transform from an ajusshi (middle-aged man) to an oppa (younger man).” He indicated that his weight has increased to 105kg.
Later, Yoon Jung-soo went to a fortune teller to ease his mind. The fortune teller told him, “There’s a good chance you can lose weight. Once you start losing a little weight, you’ll see great improvement. You’ll become very handsome if you lose weight.” Yoon Jung-soo, pleased with the reading, affirmed, “That was spot on,” eliciting laughter.
