Over the past 12 months, LG U+’s membership benefits program, ‘U+to+ (U+투쁠),’ has provided around 11 million discount coupons, offering a new membership experience to its customers. In total, 2.34 million customers have used U+to+ within a year, downloading an average of 4.7 coupons per month, with about 195,000 users accessing these benefits monthly.
LG U+ announced the program’s performance on the 7th of April, highlighting that U+to+ provides diverse brand and product discount coupons on specific days each month. Over the past year, they partnered with 141 different brands, with the cumulative number of coupon downloads reaching 10.97 million.
Six partner companies, including Daiso, CGV, and GS25, continuously offered U+to+ benefits every month. CGV, Mega Coffee, Myungrang Hotdog, Daiso, Baskin Robbins, and Paris Baguette were particularly popular across all age groups. Age-specific preferences showed teenagers favoring CGV Parkers and GS25, while those in their 20s preferred Pascucci. Customers in their 30s and 40s often chose No Brand, Outback, and VIPS.
For April, LG U+ is offering cultural and outing benefits to enhance customer experiences under the U+to+ program. Cultural benefits include Swarovski jewelry styling experiences, a free Americano, a buy-one-get-one-free MUSEUM L ticket, a 2+1 coupon for Legoland Park day passes, and a 50% discount at CGV Clippers Climbing.
