TmaxSoft and Shinhan DS Join Forces to Target the Vietnamese Software Market

Zeus and WebToB Solution Distribution Agreement

TmaxSoft and Shinhan DS announced on the 23rd that they have entered into a strategic partnership to target the enterprise software (SW) market in Vietnam.

Under this agreement, Shinhan DS will supply major solutions including TmaxSoft’s core products ‘Zeus’ and ‘WebToB’ to the Vietnamese market and establish a collaboration structure covering all aspects of the local business. The two companies plan to proactively respond to the rapidly increasing demand for digital transformation (DX) and IT infrastructure modernization in Vietnam, focusing on public, financial, and manufacturing sectors.

To commemorate the signing of the agreement, Shinhan DS recently held the ‘Digital Finance & Technology Forum’ in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The forum was attended by representatives from over 40 companies, including major institutions and banks in Vietnam. At this event, Ko Seong-ho, vice president of TmaxSoft, introduced DX solutions optimized for the cloud and shared successful case studies from both domestic and international projects.

Lee Hyeong-yong, business representative of TmaxSoft, stated, “This collaboration provided an opportunity to closely examine the core foundations needed to successfully pursue global business and explore various business opportunities. We look forward to achieving clear results based on mutual understanding and a shared sense of purpose.”

Min Bok-gi, CEO of Shinhan DS, said, “This agreement goes beyond merely supplying products. It is significant in becoming a reliable partner that imparts practical know-how to local partners in Vietnam, based on the technology and project experience accumulated in various industry fields in Korea, aiming for mutual growth. We will introduce Korea’s proven ICT solutions to the Vietnamese market, provide technology and services optimized for the local market, and lead the global expansion of K-SW.”
