The project, which involves experts from generative AI fields such as LG CNS and PwC Consulting, commenced development last month. The project aims to build a flexible and scalable generative AI platform, with development set to take a total of seven months, including a one-month stabilization period. The goal is to launch the service by the end of the first half of this year.

The introduction of the generative AI service is expected to enhance the work capabilities of employees. Key features include AI-based document management, knowledge and information search services, customer-specific marketing phrase generation through big data analysis, and policy fund support recommendations for corporate clients.

An NH Nonghyup Bank representative stated, “We will gradually expand the generative AI platform and integrate it into various tasks to provide better financial services to our customers.”
