LG CNS has announced the launch of its Customer Data Platform (CDP) on the 22nd. The CDP is designed to collect, integrate, and analyze data from all touchpoints where products or services are used, to provide in-depth analysis about users. The platform aims to help companies understand the user experience and context throughout the user journey (from initial awareness to purchase, use, and aftercare) and enable personalized marketing through precise targeting, thereby improving both user experience and business performance.
The platform offers ten features, including:
1. **Customer Information Integration (ID Resolution):** This feature collects and integrates scattered online and offline user information in real-time, including transaction and behavioral data.
2. **Customer Segmentation (Dynamic Segmentation):** Allows marketers to divide potential users into smaller groups to set target user groups for marketing purposes.
3. **Customer Feature Creation:** This feature enables marketers to create necessary user attributes for segmenting target user groups.
4. **Journey Builder:** It designs custom journeys based on the understanding of the user’s situation, facilitating hyper-personalized marketing.
In July, LG CNS’s CDP was recognized for its excellence by receiving the ‘Real CDP’ official certification from the CDP Institute, the most authoritative research institution in the CDP industry, located in the U.S. This certification is also held by global CDP companies like Salesforce and Adobe.
