Jeonbuk Bank Collaborates with Global Short-form Platform TikTok to ‘Expand Foreign Customer Base’

Jeonbuk Bank is set to expand its foreign customer base by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with TikTok. Announced on the 18th, the bank has recently entered into a strategic partnership with TikTok Korea to enhance global marketing and brand competitiveness.

Leveraging TikTok’s global content network, Jeonbuk Bank plans to more effectively reach foreign customers. Key points of this agreement include:

– Using TikTok influencers for ‘Bravo Korea’ membership marketing
– Creating branded video content and planning joint online and offline events
– Offering new marketing consulting services for countries like Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Indonesia
– Sharing and collaborating on a global alliance network

In particular, Jeonbuk Bank aims to strengthen its brand identity and encourage membership sign-ups through collaboration with TikTok influencers. The bank also intends to broaden its reach among potential overseas customers residing in countries such as Vietnam and China by producing and disseminating Bravo Korea-related content.

A representative from Jeonbuk Bank mentioned that “the cooperation with TikTok Korea will serve as an important foundation for expanding foreign customer inflow and voluntary viral growth through a global content platform. We will continue to enhance foreigner-specialized financial and lifestyle services, centering around Bravo Korea.”
