The AI agent integration solution enables companies to quickly build custom AI agents based on ‘watsonx Orchestrate’ using their own data.
The integrated solution collects user requests through a natural-language-based conversational interface of watsonx Orchestrate and connects them to business applications for automation.
The multi-AI orchestration function coordinates multiple AI agents to plan complex business processes and distribute tasks to appropriate AI tools, automating various tasks within the company and promoting collaboration.
An IBM spokesperson said, “With support for integration with more than 80 major business applications, practical AI can be implemented,” adding, “Integration with various platforms like Adobe, AWS, MS, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday enhances work efficiency.”
