SOOP is accepting applications for its 2025 new employee open recruitment. SOOP announced on the 9th that it will be accepting applications for its 2025 new employee open recruitment. SOOP plans to select individuals with a high understanding and passion for its services. The recruitment areas include seven sections: △Development △Design △QA △Strategic Planning △Legal Affairs △IR △General Affairs. Applicants can submit their applications on the SOOP recruitment website from the 10th to the 21st. The recruitment process will follow the order of document screening → 1st interview (practical interview) → special evaluation (Play) → 2nd interview (group interview) → final acceptance.

During the first interview stage of this open recruitment, SOOP plans to evaluate applicants’ expertise, communication skills, and growth potential through a “Peer Interview” involving both the current team leader and co-workers. Additionally, through the special evaluation called “Play,” candidates will have the chance to host actual broadcasts at SOOP, experiencing the role of a streamer and the service firsthand.

SOOP will provide various pieces of information related to open recruitment through its official HR channel. On the 10th, a video titled “Inside SOOP” depicting the history of the company’s members will be released. Moreover, a “Live Recruitment Presentation” will be held on the 14th, offering a comprehensive introduction to the company and a Q&A session related to the recruitment process.
