Com2us has announced the release of the latest version of their baseball strategy simulation game, “Out of the Park Baseball” (OOTP Baseball), titled “OOTP 27.” The series, celebrating its 27th anniversary this year, allows players to manage teams with tasks such as rookie drafts, player development, trade negotiations, and even taking on the role of a manager.
In this year’s version, players can experience leagues from around the world, including MLB, KBO, and leagues from the Netherlands and the UK. Notably, for the first time in the history of the series, “OOTP 27” offers official licensed content for the 2026 World Baseball Classic (WBC). This inclusion allows players to enjoy the excitement of international tournaments using actual national team rosters, official brackets, and tournament formats.
The game also enhances the fun with unique baseball simulation elements. Improvements to the AI trade model have increased strategic depth, and new statistical measures have been introduced, along with weather changes. “OOTP 27” is available on the official website and the PC gaming platform Steam.
