The People’s Power Party’s Special Committee for Martial Law Investigation announced today (10th) at the National Assembly Communication Center in Yeouido, Seoul, that they will be filing a criminal complaint against Odongun, the head of the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials. Joo Jin-woo, a member of the People’s Power Party, stated that while President Yoon Suk-yeol has been released, they accuse Odongun of initiating an investigation without the authority to investigate treason, thereby unlawfully detaining President Yoon.
