Military “Resuming border security tourism…Simultaneously carrying out national security measures”

The military authorities announced that they will resume security tours in border areas such as Dora Observatory in Gyeonggi Province and Unification Observatory in Gangwon Province starting today. The tours were temporarily suspended recently for the safety of the public due to activities such as the explosion of the inter-Korean liaison office by North Korean forces. The military also stated that each regional unit is closely monitoring North Korean activities and taking necessary measures with top priority on public safety, and they plan to support security tours flexibly.
