In today’s (28th) scheduled final plenary session of the August interim National Assembly, non-contentious bills such as the Special Anti-Fraud Act on Housing Leases will be processed through bipartisan agreement.
The Legislation and Judiciary Committee passed bills yesterday (27th) in a plenary session, including the Special Anti-Fraud Act on Housing Leases, which expands the recognition of victims of lease fraud, and the so-called ‘Gura Law’ that prevents parents who neglect their caregiving duties from inheriting rights.
In addition to these bills, there are expectations that bills such as the Cooperative Promotion Act for Large, Medium, and Small Enterprises and amendments to the City Gas Business Act will also pass the plenary session today (28th).
