Today, an easterly wind brought cool weather to the eastern coastal areas, while the western regions experienced continued daytime heat. Tomorrow, daytime temperatures in western areas like Seoul will drop to around 23°C, easing the heat.
Currently, there are light rain clouds passing over parts of the Chungcheong and southern regions. Most of this rain will stop by tonight, but on the west coast of Chungnam, rain will continue until tomorrow morning.
The expected amount of rain is around 5mm in Chungcheong, Honam, and Gyeongnam.
Tomorrow, the skies across the country will be cloudy, and from night, rain will fall in northern Gyeonggi, the southern coast of Jeolla, and Jeju.
Tomorrow’s regional temperatures are as follows: Morning temperatures will start at around 15°C in most areas. Daytime temperatures will be 23°C in Seoul, 22°C in Daejeon, 24°C in Gwangju, and 22°C in Daegu, with western regions being 3 to 6 degrees cooler than today.
The day after tomorrow, Saturday, rain is expected in parts of northern Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and the southern regions. From Sunday, clear skies will appear across the country.
