Seoul, October 23 (Yonhap News) — Reporter Jeong Soo-yeon announced that the Seoul city government has selected the “103 Autumn Foliage Paths of Seoul” where people can enjoy the autumn atmosphere.

Additional paths such as Ohyeon-ro 20-gil in Gangbuk-gu, Bongsan Cypress Forest in Eunpyeong-gu, Maehyeon Citizen’s Forest, and Yongsan Family Park have been added to the existing 99 selected paths.

The total length of these foliage paths is about 158 kilometers, featuring ginkgo trees, zelkova trees, Yoshino cherry trees, and beautifully shaped metasequoia trees.

This year, the peak foliage period is expected to be around October 30 in the Bukhansan area and early November in the downtown areas.

The “103 Autumn Foliage Paths of Seoul” can be viewed on the Seoul city government or Smart Seoul Map websites.

Lee Soo-yeon, director of the Seoul Garden City Bureau, stated, “I hope you take time to feel the deepening autumn atmosphere and recharge.”
