The morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -11 to -1°C, while afternoon high temperatures are expected to be between -5 and 7°C. Morning temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees lower than the previous day, hovering around -5°C in most regions.
Snow is expected in areas such as the western coast of Chungnam and Jeonbuk, as well as the mountainous regions of Jeju Island. The predicted snowfall is 3 to 8 cm, with some areas expecting to accumulate more than 10 cm.
Rain or snow that started late on the night of the 2nd in the northern inland areas of Chungnam and the western coast of Chungnam is anticipated to expand to the western coasts of Jeonbuk and Jeonnam and continue until the evening on the 3rd.
The expected precipitation is about 5 mm in areas like the western coasts of Chungnam and Jeonbuk, Gwangju, and the mid-inland Jeonnam regions, and about 1 mm in other areas.
Wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea offshore, 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea offshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea offshore.
In the open sea, about 200 km from the coast, the wave heights are predicted to be 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
