Club Med, a premium resort, is hosting a ‘Club Med Phuket Pop-up’ event from the 5th to the 11th at the Live Plaza in COEX Mall, Starfield, Seoul, in anticipation of the summer holiday season.
Kang Min-kyung, the CEO of Club Med Korea, attended the opening press conference for the pop-up on the 5th and expressed, “I am pleased to showcase the newly-renovated Club Med Phuket resort. We have extensively upgraded facilities including the pool, restaurant, bar, and rooms, and will offer a more exceptional experience.”
This pop-up was organized to celebrate Club Med’s 75th anniversary and is designed to let visitors experience Club Med’s exclusive all-inclusive lifestyle. It features various spaces like a check-in zone, swimming pool, kids club, rooms, bar, and photo zones where visitors can feel the Phuket resort vibe right in the city. The slogan ‘That’s L’Esprit Libre in Club Med Phuket’ reflects the Club Med brand campaign’s focus on a free spirit and complete relaxation.
Rachel Harding, CEO of Asia-Pacific, shared market insights and future strategies, stating, “Last year, we welcomed over 1.5 million guests worldwide, and are strategically expanding our Exclusive Collection and mountain resorts focused on skiing.”
Notably, the newest addition to the Club Med Phuket Resort, the ‘Family Oasis’, is being unveiled for the first time at this pop-up. It features a terrace connected to a children’s swimming pool called ‘Splash Park’ and is designed for family use. Guests can explore a recreated room to experience the enhanced Phuket Resort.
True to Club Med’s reputation for activities, various experiential programs will be available. These include a ‘Tie-Dye Class’ and ‘Family Pilates Class’ for pre-registered visitors on the 8th and 9th. Through Instagram regramming and subscribing to the Club Med newsletter, visitors can also win a 3-night 4-day stay at Club Med Phuket.
Additionally, scratch cards with a 100% chance of winning will be distributed throughout COEX Mall, offering prizes like Club Med eco bags, room slippers, keyrings, and sticker packs.
