Occasional rain across the country as the end of the holiday approaches… Seoul will reach 15 degrees during the day, feeling cool.

Yesterday, it rained heavily throughout the country as if it were summer. Records for daily rainfall were set in various regions. Today, the last day of the holiday, the whole country is expected to be cloudy with occasional showers continuing. The heavy rain clouds that poured heavy rain over the southern region last night have moved to the East Sea.

Most areas are currently experiencing light rain, with some areas in the central and Jeolla provinces receiving weak rainfall. Today, Seoul, the metropolitan area, inland Gangwon Province, Jeolla Province, and southern inland areas are expected to receive 5 to 20mm of rainfall.

Tomorrow, until the early morning the day after tomorrow, up to 20mm of rain is expected in Gangwon, Honam, and Gyeongbuk. Be cautious to prevent accidents on slippery roads.

Today’s morning temperatures are similar to or slightly lower than yesterday. Temperatures will rise slowly and it will be cool all day. For today’s daytime temperatures by region, Seoul and Incheon are 15 degrees, Chuncheon 17 degrees, Cheongju, Jeonju, and Gwangju are expected to be at 19 degrees.

In the Yeongnam region, temperatures will be about 3 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday. Daegu is expected to be 24 degrees, while Pohang is expected to be 25 degrees.

After the rain stops the day after tomorrow, clear skies are expected. Temperatures will gradually rise, and spring weather will slowly return.
