The government will conduct additional recruitment for the ‘Support Program for Regional Representative Arts Organizations’ this year. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Management Support Center announced today (2nd) that they will carry out additional public recruitment from the 3rd to July 7 targeting metropolitan and local governments nationwide except for Seoul and autonomous districts.
This recruitment will select performing arts organizations in four fields including theater, music, dance, and traditional arts, and each selected organization is expected to receive up to 2 billion won in support.
Applications can be submitted through the e-Nara Help website (www.gosims.go.kr). The Ministry had previously conducted a public recruitment for the support program for regional representative arts organizations for two months from March, selecting 22 organizations and confirming a total of 10.6 billion won in support.
