, ‘Newly appointed director Kim Hee-seop was born in 1963 and completed his master’s degree in Library Information Science at Kyungpook National University in 1989. Until February 2003, he worked at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) as a senior technologist. After obtaining a Ph.D. in Information Studies from Northumbria University at Newcastle in the UK in 2002, he returned to his alma mater and took up a position at the university.’,
