KGM Unveils ‘2025 Rexton’ Lineup Alongside Online-Exclusive Special Edition

KG Mobility (KGM) has announced the release of the ‘2025 Rexton’ lineup, restructured to meet customer preferences with revised trims. This includes an online-exclusive special edition, which was revealed on the 20th.

A KGM representative stated that the trim and options were reorganized to lower the base price, allowing customers to choose desired features more reasonably. They also introduced an online-exclusive model to provide a differentiated product experience and a wider range of choices for customers to conveniently purchase online.

KGM simplified the trims for the ‘2025 Rexton Sports & Khan’ to Wild and Prestige, excluding the Wild Plus and Noblesse trims. The Prestige trim comes standard with a six-way power passenger seat, enhancing its market appeal. High-end features previously found in the Noblesse trim are now available in categorized package options, giving customers more customizable choices.

Features like 20-inch sputtering wheels, ambient lighting, touch-sensing outside door handles (1st row), and solar control glass are bundled into the ‘Luxury Package.’ Safety features such as Blind-Spot Collision Assist (BSA) and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Assist (RCTA) are part of the ‘Smart Driving Package.’

The premium SUV ‘2025 Rexton’ reduced its trims from three to two, from Premium, Noblesse, and The Black to Premium and Noblesse. The Noblesse trim includes the ISG system (idle stop & go) for better fuel efficiency and convenience features like a driver’s memory seat, easy-access driver seat, roller blinds in the second row, and touch-sensing door handles, grouped in the High Convenience Package, expanding selectable options.

Notably, the Black design has been switched to an option, enabling customers who prefer a chic and sophisticated black style from The Black trim but hesitated due to cost to achieve the look with the Black Edge option.

The Black Edge option features a dynamic and bold design with black accents on various elements, including wheel arches and door garnish, 20-inch dark sputtering wheels with 255/50R20 tires, a black radiator grille and front wing logo, black high-gloss lower bumper, utility roof rack, and Nappa leather seats with black suede quilting.

On the same day, KGM unveiled the ‘Special Edition (SE)’ for the Rexton Sports & Khan exclusively through its online store. This edition, marking the debut of an online-exclusive model, includes the sleek Black Edge design on the Rexton Sports & Khan Prestige trim, standard features like dynamic suspension, and three customization options (undercover, off-road side step, and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) cover) for added benefits.

The Black Edge design applies black accents to areas like the wheel arch and door garnish, radiator grille, outside mirrors, utility roof rack, lower bumper garnish, tailgate lettering, and touch-type air conditioning controller garnish, completing a bold and refined off-road look.

The Dynamic Suspension, a feature for off-road vehicles primarily exported to the Australian market, raises the body by about 10mm, enhancing off-road driving performance and ride comfort through increased coil spring resilience. The undercover and off-road side step enhance underbody protection and convenience.

Exterior colors available are Marvel Gray, Sandstone Beige, Amazonia Green, Grand White, and Space Black. This online edition is limited to 50 units and can be purchased through the KGM official online store.
