Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 19th that it has revamped its official online shopping mall, ‘Hyundai Shop’.
The Hyundai Shop offers aftermarket products and services specifically for cars, including car accessories, car cleaning supplies, and camping gear for car camping.
In this renewal, Hyundai focused on expanding customer experience in the aftermarket by adding various convenience features that make it easy for customers to obtain product information. The company improved the homepage design, including user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), and introduced a system that automatically recommends products like ‘Warranty Plus’ based on customer data.
Additionally, Hyundai increased the annual usage limit of Blue Members points from 1 million points per category such as car products and daily necessities to a combined limit of 2 million points, enhancing customer usability and convenience.
Furthermore, Hyundai has prepared a special November promotion for customers purchasing a car during the event, featuring exclusive Casper merchandise as prizes, as well as a Korean consonant quiz event. More details can be found on the Casper online website.
