Audi Korea successfully concludes the national finals of the sales and after-sales service competition, ‘Audi Twin Cup 2025’ in Korea.

Audi Korea announced on the 25th that they successfully concluded the Korean finals of the ‘Audi Twin Cup 2025’ sales and after-sales (AS) service competition on the 23rd at the Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon. The Audi Twin Cup is an annual event held to enhance the service capabilities of Audi AS service employees worldwide. In Korea, it has been held annually since 2008. The competition is divided into categories that assess customer service skills and product knowledge (‘AS Service’) and maintenance technical skills (‘AS Technology’). Since last year, categories evaluating sales capabilities (‘New Car Sales’ and ‘Used Car Sales’) have also been introduced.

In the Audi Twin Cup 2025 Korean finals, a total of 30 teams with 55 participants competed across different categories: 12 teams in new car sales, 3 teams in used car sales, 6 teams in AS service, and 9 teams in AS technology. The evaluations were based on scenarios commonly occurring at Audi new and used car showrooms and official service centers, assessing customer service, technical maintenance skills, team-based practical tests on real vehicles, and individual written tests.

The KoRoNaAuto ‘KoRoNa YoungGoo’ team won first place in the new car sales category, the GoJin Motors ‘Seyang444’ team topped the used car sales category, the GoJin Motors ‘Ctrl_A’ team achieved first place in the AS service category, and the JungSan Motors ‘Andong’ team secured the top spot in the AS technology category.

Eight outstanding participants were selected to represent Korea in the ‘Audi Twin Cup World Championship,’ which will be held in Munich, Germany, from November 18th to 21st. The Korean team has previously demonstrated remarkable service quality, technical skills, and teamwork by winning the overall championship in 2013 at the Audi Twin Cup World Championship. They also achieved second place in the service category in 2015, first in 2016, second overall in 2021, and second in the after-sales category in 2024, proving their capability to provide world-class services.
