Won Bin, late Kim Sae-ron to compensate 700 million won on behalf? Past writings highlighted amid additional revelations: “I will become an upright adult like in ‘The Man from Nowhere'”

The family of the late Kim Sae-ron has made additional disclosures regarding rumors involving actor Kim Soo-hyun. Meanwhile, a comment has surfaced claiming that actor Won Bin attempted to repay a debt of 700 million won on behalf of Kim Sae-ron.

On the 11th, Kim Se-eui, the operator of the YouTube channel ‘Garosero Research Institute,’ conducted a live broadcast where they shared additional information provided by Kim Sae-ron’s family. According to the information revealed during the broadcast, Kim Soo-hyun’s side reportedly sent a content certification document demanding around 700 million won to Kim Sae-ron around March 19, 2024. Kim Sae-ron is said to have responded with a message requesting more time for repayment.

Despite multiple attempts to call Kim Soo-hyun, including through a relative’s phone, she reportedly didn’t receive any response. An online comment suggested that Won Bin had known about Kim Sae-ron’s financial distress and had intended to pay off her debt. However, Kim Soo-hyun was accused of being insistent on immediate repayment despite his wealth, allegedly pressuring to the extent that Kim Sae-ron was driven out of her home.

Kim Sae-ron passed away at the age of 25. In 2010, she gained popularity for her role alongside Won Bin in the film ‘The Man from Nowhere,’ and had expressed gratitude to him for his kindness during her childhood. Won Bin reportedly attended her memorial service last month, visibly emotional.

This incident has brought attention to past online harassment Kim Sae-ron faced, including critiques of her receiving a laptop from Won Bin, which she had publicly thanked him for. Despite the backlash, Kim Sae-ron had responded gracefully at the time, emphasizing her appreciation for Won Bin’s kindness.
