Sports Chosun’s reporter Jeong Yuna reported that actresses Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-bin mentioned Davichi’s Kang Min-kyung’s past “Pterosaur Acting” controversy.
On January 10, Kang Min-kyung’s YouTube channel “Kang Ming-kyung” featured a video titled “Not Me, Song Hye-kyo Vlog…”. The video showed Song Hye-kyo appearing with Jeon Yeo-bin to promote the movie “Black Nuns.”
Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-bin met Kang Min-kyung at a restaurant, where they shared a meal and various stories. During the conversation, Kang Min-kyung brought up her past acting experience, asking, “Do you know I acted a bit?” Jeon Yeo-bin responded affirmatively.
In particular, Song Hye-kyo said, “Who doesn’t know about your acting?” and commented, “You made it too obvious that ‘I have acted,'” bursting into laughter. Jeon Yeo-bin tried to restrain Song Hye-kyo by touching her arm, prompting Song Hye-kyo to ask, “What does it mean when Yeo-bin hits like this?” Kang Min-kyung added humor by saying, “That makes me feel even more insignificant, you know?”
Meanwhile, Kang Min-kyung was embroiled in an acting controversy during the SBS drama “Smile, Mom,” which aired in 2010. At the time, she received the nickname “Pterosaur Acting” for a scene where she screamed and cried without any lines.
