A, who is currently residing in the United States, announced plans to return to Korea soon to file a countersuit against Song Ha-yoon for false accusation.
On August 18, it was reported by Xsports News that Song Ha-yoon filed another lawsuit against A on July 22 for violating the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation), obstruction of business by fraudulent means, and threatening behavior.
