Currently, Noh Seong-chul is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Business Administration at Hitotsubashi University, having been appointed in April of this year. Hitotsubashi University, located in Tokyo, is a prestigious university known for its research in the social sciences.

Noh Seong-chul graduated from KAIST and Yonsei University for his postgraduate studies and pursued his doctoral studies at McGill University. He previously worked as a professor at Saitama University.
