[Sports Chosun reporter Lee Yuna] Singer Lee Hyori showed her talent as a painter by revealing her warm drawing skills.
On the 1st, Lee Hyori posted several images under the title “옹기종기” with her own drawings.
The photos include drawings personally created by Lee Hyori. Among them, a representative drawing features six flowers in a small pot, each with faces resembling human faces, drawing attention.

Earlier, on the 26th, Lee Hyori appeared on the JTBC show ‘Mom, Shall We Go on a Trip Alone?’ where she traveled to Gyeongju with her mother, revealing her difficult feelings due to her parents’ frequent arguments and shedding tears for the first time.

Lee Hyori explained the reason for marrying Lee Sang Soon, saying, “Even now, if my parents are together, I get nervous about what might happen. They fought a lot. That’s probably why I chose a gentle person as my husband because I hate fighting too much.” She also shared, “When I was young, I felt a lot of powerlessness seeing my dear mom struggling. There was a time when I couldn’t do anything to help my beloved mom when she was having a hard time. It was a painful time in my life. That’s why I should have done better, but paradoxically, because of that, I started avoiding my mom more. Maybe because I didn’t want to see my powerless self confirmed, or I was afraid of confirming it. This time, I wanted to face that feeling head-on and bravely confront the love between my mom and me without being hindered by that feeling.”
Her mother thanked Lee Hyori, who became the head of the family, by recounting the difficult family history economically, saying, “Back then, six family members lived in a really small room attached to my father’s barbershop. Hyori couldn’t even buy new clothes once. She wore hand-me-downs from her sisters, and we couldn’t even buy one bottle of yogurt to feed her.”
