[Sports Chosun Reporter Jo Yoon-sun] The recent whereabouts of actress Kim Tae-hee have been revealed.
Kim Tae-hee made an appearance at the laity Sunday sermon held at Myeongdong Cathedral in the Archdiocese of Seoul on the evening of the 10th.
Despite being in a low period of activity, Kim Tae-hee, still boasting beautiful looks, wore a chapel veil and shared her story with the youth in a calm voice from the lectern.
Kim Tae-hee said, “I think many of you are wondering why I am standing here. Since today is Sunday, I almost barely made it to Mass after spending the whole day sweating and wrestling with the kids at home,” she started.
She continued, “There is nothing grand or special about it, but as an individual believer and, dare I say, as a senior in life and faith, I stood here with a comfortable mind to honestly share my personal thoughts that I have felt while living a life of faith,” detailing her experience with faith.
She added, “As many of you know, I enjoyed the joy of entering the university I wanted by studying hard as a model student during my school days. I was lucky to gain a lot of popularity and receive people’s love. And now I have two precious daughters and have achieved the harmonious family I always dreamed of.”
“However, not every moment over more than 40 years has been happy, carefree, and good. Obviously, like all of you, I have had countless worries, conflicts, and difficulties in life, experiencing everything from minor conflicts with those around me to major events that had to be resolved,” she said.
Kim Tae-hee shared genuinely about overcoming feelings of meaninglessness and lethargy through the power of faith, offering her experiences as a mentor.
Her husband, Rain, and their two daughters were also reportedly present at the Mass. Rain became a Catholic after following the devout Catholic Kim Tae-hee and receiving baptism in 2014. The couple also held their wedding in a Catholic ceremony at the church.
Meanwhile, Kim Tae-hee married singer and actor Rain, who is two years her junior, in 2017, and they have two daughters. She is also set to make her Hollywood debut with the upcoming Amazon Prime Video series ‘Butterfly.’
