(Seoul = News1) Reporter Hwang Mi-hyun reports that actress Kim Min-hee (42) is pregnant amid an affair with Director Hong Sang-soo (64). It is claimed that the rumor about Director Hong inheriting a 120 billion KRW fortune is false, and the apartment they currently live in is funded by Kim Min-hee.
On the 20th, a video titled “Kim Min-hee’s pregnancy aftermath and the amount Hong Sang-soo gave as a wedding gift to his daughter’s wedding?” was uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘Entertainment President Lee Jin-ho.’
Lee Jin-ho mentioned the rumor that Director Hong received a 120 billion KRW inheritance and questioned, “This is fake news; Hong is the youngest of three siblings. If the youngest received a 120 billion KRW inheritance, how much did his older siblings receive?”
He further stated, “This story doesn’t make sense, and according to my investigation, while Hong did grow up comfortably, the 120 billion inheritance rumor is false. If he had inherited such a fortune, the tax industry would certainly be aware due to substantial taxes owed, and Kim Min-hee would be living a much wealthier life.”
Lee also touched on Kim Min-hee’s simpler lifestyle. “Back in 2015, Kim Min-hee was living in a villa in Hannam-dong worth more than 10 billion KRW. After the affair with Hong began, she moved to Hanam. The current apartment they live in together is approximately 1.4 billion KRW, likely funded by Kim Min-hee.”

It was recently revealed that Kim Min-hee became pregnant with Director Hong’s child last summer and is due to give birth this spring.
