According to News1 on the 4th, citing Building Road Real Estate Agency, Kang Min-kyung purchased a neighborhood living facility building located in Hapjeong-dong, with a land area of 145.45㎡ (44 pyeong) and consisting of a basement floor and five above-ground floors, for 6.5 billion won in April 2024.

It is estimated that the principal amount of the loan was 5.5 billion won as the maximum bond amount set was 6.6 billion won. The monthly interest is presumed to be around 16 million won.

The building is located about a 6-minute walk from Hapjeong Station. The lower floors are currently being operated as a flagship store for a fashion brand run by Kang Min-kyung herself, while the upper floors are used as fashion offices also directly managed by her. After purchasing the building, Kang Min-kyung changed the exterior from dark to a brighter white to match the intended use.
