[OSEN=Jang Woo-young] Travel creator and YouTuber Wonji has lost 6kg of body fat.
Due to a busy schedule involving frequent international travel, Wonji had been leading an irregular lifestyle. By participating in a diet program, she overhauled her lifestyle habits and achieved a successful, healthy diet. She reduced binge eating and snacking, reestablished a regular eating pattern, and prioritized the quality of her food with the principle of “eating good food even for just one meal.” Consistently drinking water also became a significant change for her.
Wonji stated, “Even while traveling, I consistently recorded my diet and learned how to reduce carbohydrates while maintaining a sense of fullness.” She added, “About three months after starting the diet, the altered eating habits naturally became a part of my daily routine, allowing me to continue losing weight steadily without any rebound.”
The company that assisted with Wonji’s diet will release two videos of her real diet review on their official YouTube channel. The first part, released on the 23rd, introduced Wonji’s diet process and tips for improving eating habits.
To commemorate Wonji’s healthy weight loss, a goods giveaway event will be held. It was planned with the intent to promote the creation of healthy eating habits through a nutritious meal and regular water intake. The goods include items like a lunch bag, lunch box, reusable cup, and stickers featuring the Wonji character.
