The sale of ‘Riverscente Prugio Weave’, supplied through the Yeongdeungpo 1-13 district urban environment improvement project in Seoul, is set to begin at the end of this month.
On the 9th, Daewoo Construction and Doosan Construction Consortium announced that the model house for Riverscente Prugio Weave will be established at Summit Gallery (337 Yeongdong-daero) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Riverscente Prugio Weave will be developed at 32-8 Yeongdeungpo-dong 5-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, comprising 5 buildings from 4 basement levels to 33 floors above ground, with a total of 659 units. Among these, 175 units are available for general public sale. By exclusive area, there are △17 households of 59㎡A △41 households of 76㎡ △13 households of 84㎡A △87 households of 84㎡C △17 households of 84㎡D.
Riverscente Prugio Weave is considered a prime location within the Yeongdeungpo New Town redevelopment area, which is set to become an emerging residential zone with about 4,000 households.
The complex is within walking distance of Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Subway Line 5, offering convenient access to major business districts like Yeouido and Gwanghwamun throughout Seoul. Additionally, it is close to Yeongdeungpo Station, where Line 1 and KTX trains stop, and benefits from planned future transportation developments like the Sinansan Line and the GTX-B Line.
