(Seoul = Yonhap News) Minji Cha reports that the Small Enterprise and Market Service Agency will start a “non-face-to-face proxy loan service” with KB Kookmin Bank from 9 AM on the 15th.
Previously, small business owners had to face the inconvenience of applying for a proxy loan from the Small Enterprise and Market Service Agency by requesting a confirmation of eligibility and then visiting a regional credit guarantee foundation or bank, or applying through various websites.
With the introduction of this non-face-to-face proxy loan service, the application process is improved, allowing users to apply for proxy loans through the Kookmin Bank KB Star Banking app or the KB Kookmin Bank website all at once.
This service only applies to general management stabilization funds, which are part of the agency’s policy funds in the form of proxy loans.
Future plans include gathering user feedback to continuously improve features and expand the target funds.
