Hyundai Motors announced on the 25th that it will conduct recruitment for new and experienced employees over approximately three weeks from October 1 to 17.

The recruitment for new employees includes sectors such as research and development, production and manufacturing, business and planning, and management support. The special recruitment for experienced and disabled new employees will be conducted across all business areas of Hyundai Motors.

The company has set the qualification for new applicants as having “less than one year of work experience,” focusing more on basic competencies and growth potential rather than practical experience. For experienced positions, they will select individuals with expertise in their respective roles, regardless of years of experience.
