Dog trainer Kang Hyung-wook shared his thoughts on returning after being cleared of allegations of power harassment against employees.
On the 23rd, Kang Hyung-wook expressed on his Instagram, “Something happened to me in May last year. Fortunately, I heard two weeks ago that I was cleared of charges, and I was very happy.”
He continued, “I’m very sorry and deeply apologize because the issue occurred right in the middle of the Dangdang Trekking event last year, which meant I had to miss something I truly enjoy. I felt very regretful and apologetic to the guardians and dogs who came all the way to Jeongseon.”
He added, “I still feel very sorry when I think about it. In May, Dangdang Trekking will be held again at Jeongseon High1. This time, I’ll take pictures, give autographs, and provide consultations. I’ll do whatever I can,” he promised.
On the 5th, the Cyber Investigation Unit 1 of the Gyeonggi Northern Provincial Police Agency announced that Kang Hyung-wook and his wife, Susan Elder, were cleared of charges for violating the Information and Communications Network Act.
Previously, former employees of Bodeum Company, run by Kang Hyung-wook, filed a complaint with the police in May last year, alleging workplace bullying, including unauthorized access to employees’ messaging applications by Kang and his wife. In response, the couple uploaded a video on YouTube denying the allegations.
