GH is supplying 11 plots of industrial facility land in the Eunam Industrial Complex in Yangju.

The Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will newly supply 11 plots of industrial land within the Yangju Eunnam Industrial Complex. According to GH on September 4th, the industrial land being supplied consists of a total of 11 plots designated for manufacturing facilities. The eligible industries for occupancy include food manufacturing, textile manufacturing (excluding garments), rubber and plastic manufacturing, metal processing products manufacturing (excluding machinery and furniture), and other machinery and equipment manufacturing.

The supply price is based on the estimated creation cost, set at 1,997,000 KRW per 3.3 square meters. The area per plot ranges from 3,598 to 7,723 square meters, with supply prices ranging from 2.17359 billion KRW to 4.66556 billion KRW per plot.

The payment terms allow for equal installment payments every six months over a three-year period. The land usage period is scheduled for December 2027, which is the expected project completion date. Companies moving in will receive a 10% subsidy for site purchase costs from Yangju City.

Applications for the plots are accepted from September 16th to 18th, and those who pass Yangju’s entry screening will be selected as recipients through a lottery on September 30th. Selected recipients will sequentially sign residency contracts with Yangju City and supply contracts with GH in October.

The Yangju Eunnam Industrial Complex will be developed over an area of 992,361 square meters in Eunhyeon-myeon and Nam-myeon in Yangju City. It is well-connected, being adjacent to the Seo-Yangju interchange of the Second Ring Expressway in the metropolitan area and the planned Seoul-Yangju Expressway, providing good accessibility to Incheon Airport and the metropolitan area, making it ideal for logistics and transportation infrastructure.

Details regarding the supply can be found on GH’s website and the land sales system, and inquiries can be made to GH’s industrial complex sales department.
