Seo Min-jae Shocking Confession “Extreme panic and depression after taking drugs… Jumped from the 2nd floor”

‘Heart Signal 2’ participant Seo Min-jae (now named Seo Eun-woo) honestly confessed about the experience he had after taking drugs.

Seo Min-jae posted an article on his SNS on the 19th with the title “I am a drug offender.”

In an interview with a media outlet of the same name, Seo Min-jae recalled his memories of the time when he took drugs. He revealed, “It was probably one of the most horrible days of my life. About a week after using drugs, I experienced extreme side effects such as insomnia, depression, and panic disorder. I foolishly abused sleeping pills and psychiatric drugs because I couldn’t handle it.”

Seo Min-jae further shared, “I have no memory after that. The timeline from the police body camera responding to a report of a woman jumping from the second floor is as follows: After posting on SNS, I jumped down and fractured both sides of my pelvis, then was transported to the hospital by an ambulance, admitted to an orthopedic ward, underwent crutch walking training at a rehabilitation hospital, and if I had suffered more serious injuries, I might not have been able to literally ‘get up’.”

Seo Min-jae’s mother, who was a teacher at the time, decided to resign on her own. Seo Min-jae expressed his determination, saying, “Ironically, the moment I felt most scared of drugs was during that time. When it seemed like there was nothing worse left in my life after the storm passed, I thought, ‘My life is already over, should I just die while escaping reality with drugs?’ Even though changing my name doesn’t make the past disappear or be forgotten, when I’m called by my former name, I feel like negative labels follow me, so I didn’t like it. So this time, I must live more correctly and honestly,” revealing his determination.

Seo Min-jae was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a 2-year suspended sentence for injecting philopon with Nam Tae-hyun at his residence in August of last year. After changing his name to Seo Eun-woo, Seo Min-jae passed the recovery support course at the Korea Drug Eradication Headquarters and was accepted into the Integrated Master’s and Doctoral Program at Sogang University’s School of Theology, revealing his changed current circumstances.
