[Seoul=Newsis] “You Killed Someone” is 1st place on the bestseller list for the 3rd consecutive week according to Kyobo Bookstore’s ranking for the 2nd week of August. The novel continues to maintain the top spot following a surge in sales driven by its popularity in the summer fiction category.
In second place is “THE MONEY BOOK” by Tosu, while Morgan Houjel’s “The Law of Invariability” climbed one spot to third place compared to the previous week.
Not only novels, but books in the humanities field also achieved high rankings. Koike Ryunosuke’s “The Words of the Rejected Buddha” ranked 8th overall, followed by Yoo Seon-gyeong’s “Transcription Notes for Improving My Vocabulary” and John Leland’s “What If I Only Had One Morning Left.”
Kyobo Bookstore analyzed that readers’ interest in humanities books has increased during the vacation and holiday season, allowing them to build knowledge in a leisurely manner.
